The thread of last weeks post was about incorporating goals helps us achieve our best life , weather fitness , career or self fulfillment goals.


Last Monday health post, I talked about making your workout more zen by adding cardio goal in your week. I also talked about all the benefits that cardio ,including increased metabolism when you are not working out to burn more calories.

I think parts of our society at this point does not emphasize goal setting. The simple act of having a goal gives me focus and purpose. We can always change are goals, but we need a true north.

This Wednesday, my success skills post, I gave you tips on career or entrepreneur success setting a goal and having multiple reasons why you want this goal so that you can fall back on on your journey. Wednesday’s quote was my favorite of the week: "Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act.
