newsletter May 19, 2024

The thread of last weeks posts was being self aware to help you in your life. First, be self aware to understand your stress. Next,  help you on your pathway of success through mentorship and being able to put your daydreams into an action plan.

The quote reflect self-awareness ever thoughts: "The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another." - William James

Friday’s quote reinforces that once she identify your daydreams, put it together as a roadmap to realize your dreams.

"Your goals are the road maps that guide you and show you what is possible for your life." - Les Brown
